This kit contains Lake Country CCS Pads. CCS stands for Collapsed Cell Structure. CCS Technology is Lake Country’s innovative pad design that saves product by controlling product release onto the work surface. Dozens of dimples in the foam collect excess polish and reserve it until it is needed on the pad’s face. CCS Technology reduces pad skipping and improves operator control.

Bonnets, backing plates, and a variety of tools round out this collection.

2 CCS 6.5 inch Yellow Cutting Foam Pads
The yellow cutting pads are made of dense foam with excellent leveling ability. Use these pads to apply compounds and heavy cut swirl removers. Yellow cutting pads should not be used on newer finishes.

2 CCS 6.5 inch Orange Light Cutting Foam Pads
An orange foam light cutting pad is included for general swirl and defect removal. They are less aggressive than the yellow pads. Use the orange pads to apply swirl removers and polishes.

2 CCS 6.5 inch White Flat Polishing Foam Pads
The white foam pad is designed to apply cleaner waxes, micro-fine polishes, and light swirl removers. The foam is less dense than a cutting pad but more dense than a finishing pad.

2 CCS 6.5 inch Green Flat Polishing/AIO Foam Pads
The white foam pad is designed to apply cleaner waxes, micro-fine polishes, and light swirl removers. Use this foam to apply one-step cleaner waxes. It is a balance of polishing and finishing that is perfect for all-in-one product application.

2 CCS 6.5 inch Black Finishing Foam Pads
Black foam pads will apply waxes and paint sealants flawlessly. The soft foam is firm enough to remove light buffer swirls during final finishing.

6 inch Lambswool Leveling Pad
The Lambswool Leveling Pad is best used as a cushion underneath a bonnet on your Porter Cable 7424XP. The wool pad serves as a barrier between the bonnet and the backing plate. Unlike foam pads that can be crushed under a bonnet, the lambswool pad retains its shape.

4 Microfiber Bonnets
Cobra Microfiber Bonnets are well-made, reversible, and machine washable. With a 70/30 blend, they are super soft and gentle on all paint finishes. Layer a bonnet over the lamb’s wool leveling pad for a more cushioned application.

Dual Action 5 Inch HD Hook & Loop Backing Plate
Constructed of flexible urethane, this 5 inch backing plate has hook and loop material permanently secured from edge to edge. A recessed edge protects the paint from impact and the post is made of durable stainless steel. The 5/16 inch thread fits any dual action polisher with a corresponding thread.

1 Aqua Soft Carpet Brush
This brush is an all-around carpet scrubber. It has medium crimped bristles for gentle but thorough cleaning. It loosens and removes spots and stains from most types of carpet.

1 Dual Action 3.5 Inch Flexible Backing Plate
A smaller version of our 5 and 6 inch plates, this 3.5 inch backing plate is designed for 4 inch pads. The 3.5 inch plate has a 5/16” threaded post that screws directly into the Porter Cable 7424XP or any dual action polisher.

2 CCS White 4 inch Polishing Pads
The white pads feature high absorption foam for the application of waxes, polishes and sealants. They’re also perfect for polishing metal wheels, bumpers, and mirror covers.
