Griot's Garage designed these pads specifically to optimize the results achieved with their standard free-spinning orbital polishers, the Griot's Garage G9 and G8. These pads featured a chamfered edge will improve pad rotation and reduce stall out while you're buffing. They feature a closed-cell structure that will keep more of the compound/polish/wax on the surface of the pad where it can do it's work. The durability of the foam itself and the adhesive between the foam and the hook and loop ensures that these pads will not wear easily through use or machine washing!
